strongThe Great Cluster in Hercules /strongbr/I have visually observed this globular from dark sites many times. Always found it amazing how I could actually resolve individual stars. I have been able to see this glob naked eye as well.br/The most impressive of the Northern Hemisphere globular clusters., M13 is located in the constellation Hercules about 25000 ly from Earth and contains several hundred thousand stars. So pretty in images. Brightly coloured stars, and bonus galaxy in the image.
