A bright display of the Aurora Borealis lights up the skies over Lake Mindemoya, Manitoulin Island on Aug 31, 2019. The image is part of a larger time-lapse which captured over 4 hours of auroral activity following the impact of a strong CME from the Sun.
The image was taken with a Canon 6D with exposure settings of 20 secs at ISO 3200 and a Rokinon 14mm f2.8 lens.
