Rainy Moon Halo Surprise

Rainy Moon Halo Surprise

ISO 6400, 28mm, f/2.8, 30 secondsbr/ Sony A7R4br/ Star Adventurer Tracker, 1/2 siderealbr/ Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 Lensbr/ Location: Port Sanilac Rest Area, Port Sanilac, MI.br/ Captured November 12, 2021br/I went out to get some images in the thumb of Michigan. Even though it was raining, I figured I could get some sort of cloudy night scene hovering over Lake Michigan. What I ended up with instead was a layer of clouds with the moon making an appearance between them here and there. I took the photo, thought it looked nice, and went home. Once I uploaded the photo to edit, I realized that I had managed to capture part of the moonrsquo;s halo, which I could not see naked eye.
