There were no real challenges in capturing Comet Neowise. It was the astrophotographers equivalent of shooting a fish in a barrel (the countless beautiful images posted online by thousands of people, neophytes to experts, was a testament to that). This single shot selfie captured the beauty of Comet Neowise as it hovered over faint aurora and noctilucent clouds. I captured the image at the Sleaford Observatory, 45 mins. east of Saskatoon.
