Saturn and moons August 13th 2022br/ Saturn, imaged one night before opposition, on August 13th 2022.br/ I used LRGB filters and the L filter was actually a Baader R+IR filter. It was simply a magnificent filter for Saturn.br/ After stacking in Autostakkert and sharpening in Registax I combined the red green and blue channels in Photoshop and applied the R+IR filter as a luminancebr/ layer. The striped bands just popped right out! I took one of the images in Registax and increased the gamma to locate the 5 moons and then blended thatbr/ overexposed image in with the Saturn Master.
