NGC 869 and NGC 884 - November 13, 2021br/This is a quick image I shot of the Perseus Double Cluster (NGC 869 and NGC 884). There was an unexpected window of clear sky this evening so I decided to do a quick test with my new Mono setup. I shot 15x1 min exposures with my R, G and B filters and mono camera to see how it would look. I tried to get 15 mins of luminance but only got 5 good mins before the clouds rolled. I processed the images I got to see how it looked and I think it turned out OK for less than 1 hr. This is a very interesting composition with 2 large clusters that appear relatively close together.
