This pretty little planetary nebula (M46) is nestled within a dense starfield so it’s important to be sure it isn’t overwhelmed by stars. The other tiny nebulae are tricky to see in this starfield too. But the total integration of 82 x 180 sec subs, for 4.1 hrs did the job to bring out the fundamental structures.
