This image is of a full moon that was captured last June at the Riverwood event. It was a very cloudy night then, and there was a small window through the clouds that was moving towards the full moon. I had to wait for the perfect time to capture this snapshot, and I am very glad that it worked out. This experience was an indication of the importance of timing in astrophotography, and how one should be prepared for the challenges that they may face throughout their imaging sessions.
