My brother has a house in the country near Athens, ON. Lovely dark skies, and a warm bed available after observing (pre-Covid), but the mosquitos and deer flies are terrible! On an evening last June, I waited in my car for the mosquitoes to go away, but then noticed hundreds of fireflies. About 1 am, the Andromeda galaxy was rising and I got this lovely shot of the constellation (plus Cassiopeia) and also caught one of the fireflies flashing by!
