Ross Lake – Haliburton
The Big Dipper is actually an asterism, a identifiable grouping of stars, as opposed to a recognized constellation. It is part of the larger constellation Ursa Major. The waters of Ross Lake cooperated by being relatively still during this long exposure, resulting in the Big Dipper clearly reflected in the water.
