Commonly known as the Elephant trunk (or Gandalf holding his staff saying 'you shall not pass') this dark nebula shows the vast amounts of Oxygen and Sulfur surrounding the dark dusty cloudsbr/The image was taken from Dorothy Alberta in July 2019 and consists of 14x240s Ha, 10x240s SII, 10x240 OIII. Gear was ZWO ASI1600mm-pro, Esprit 80, and Celestron CGEM mount.br/ Processed in PixInsight using Hubble pallet (SHO - green removed) and touch up in Photoshop.
