Diwali Crescent Moon and Venus

* Settings: exp. ¼ sec., ISO 800, f/4.8
* For some time I had been thinking about and planning a shot to capture a Crescent or First Quarter Moon near the CN Tower, visible from a nearby park. Using SkySafari I discovered that the moon would be at the correct azimuth while Venus would be nearby. Only by chance did it turn out to be during Diwali, which is why the tower is lit up in these colours. This photo is the best of about 30 shots.
