Cygnus' Sparkling Gemsbr/ M29 is located in the summertime constellation Cygnus. This young open star cluster is surrounded by an abundance of hydrogen alpha gas. I never would have considered imaging this target had I not watched a YouTube video by Galactic Hunter who stated that M29 was his favourite open cluster. With that kind of endorsement, I knew I had to try for myself.
