M3
Yes, the globular cluster M3 following behind M13 ... how typical. Our RASC group of image assessors must be craving something a little different from submissions! Well, the area of sky open to me most of the time doesn’t afford views of many other globular clusters at this time of year. I had to wait until 1am to capture this gem on a rare clear night. Similar in appearance to M13, but less dense. My thoughts while imaging or viewing these globular clusters is what a night sky would look like from a planet or moon within one of these clusters... would there ever really be a night sky?

- Askar 130phq with an asi294mc pro camera, gain 120, UV/IR filter, cooled to -20
