Taken September 27, 2015 ADT, 22:27 ADTbr/ The moon, in the partial phase of a total eclipsebr/ I have experience with HDR software for daytime images but this is one of my first experiments with doing it for astroimaging.br/ This was a high dynamic range composite image taken from three photos shot with a 500 mm telephoto lens.br/ I used a Canon EOS REBEL T1i at ISO-800 and f14 for three exposures at 1/500quot;, 1/1250quot; and 1/200quot;br/ They were stacked in Photomatix Pro using auto alignment and Fusion/Natural settings.br/ Adjustments made in Photoshop Express to adjust exposure and contrast and sharpness.
