02 Moonrise at full Moon - This one looks similar to photo 01 but was taken more than ten years later and captures the detail on the moon’s surface. I confess the Moon is only 97% full but I wanted to capture detail on both the moon and the foreground and it is difficult to do so when the moon rises at the same time as the sun sets which it did the next day. It also meant that I could catch the Earth shadow rising just below the moon.
