I wanted Venus, Jupiter and the moon in one image with a suitable foreground - the statue at the entrance to the Desert Cultural Centre, Osoyoos Indian Band. Ground level floodlights washed out the night sky until I covered them with a jacket, vest and blanket. I waited over an hour for a cloudless moon without success. I believe I can identify the Sickle of Leo (just above a line between V-J-Moon) with the gamma star Algieba being and showing as a double.
