12 - Milky Way

As for the Mars and Saturn image, the location for imaging the Milky Way, the view towards the centre of our galaxy, was much better than my usual location very close to my cottage. I also used the information from the photography weekend at the CAO to post-process the image in Photoshop, tweeking the colour and sharpness. Most of my images have minimal post-processing since I don’t relish spending time on it once I take the shot, and since I’m just learning the various programs for digital enhancement.
